We are a thriving railway transport company based in Duisburg. Our modern locomotives and highly qualified train drivers transport a wide range of goods, including automobiles, bulk cargo, liquids, and containers. Our operation extends across industrial sites in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, and the Czech Republic. Our goal is to ensure safe and high-quality train operations around the clock, 365 days a year.

Job purpose:

• Creation of Master Project IDs for nine clients; 
• Creation of commercial and financial project codes; 
• Invoicing external customers on a weekly basis; 
• Invoicing internal customers (RFO NL, RLX NL);
• Verification of supplier invoices and cost allocation to respective project codes; 
• Input and update of project code reference numbers in Railcube and Echo;
• Analysis of project profitability; 
• Administrative support for the Sales, Operations, and Finance departments.

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed vocational training in a commercial field as well as further training as a specialist with a focus on accounting; 
• You already have experience in accounting and data analysis; 
• You have good user knowledge of MS Office products including BI Dashboard; 
• You process information quickly and apply it effectively; 
• You are highly committed and energetic in fulfilling your tasks, approaching them systematically and with concentration; 
• You demonstrate willingness to learn and curiosity regarding new work content/tools; 
• You work with others in a trusting and positive atmosphere and treat yourself and others with care and respect.
