As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you are the linchpin in efficiently processing financial transactions. You are proactive in monitoring deadlines and implementing procedures and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Checking booking processes in Exact;
• Ensuring correct use of general ledger, project dimensions, cost centers, and cost carriers;
• Preparing and checking payment lists;
• Verifying cash requests and bank account balances;
• Creating and managing sales invoices;
• Conducting accounts receivable management and checking outstanding items;
• Managing the mailbox and handling incoming invoices;
• Collaborating with IT & operations to optimize the invoicing process.

Profile:

• Intermediate vocational education (MBO+) with a completed financial education;
• Approximately 3+ years of relevant work experience;
• You are a self-starter;
• Excellent communication skills;
• You are a true team player.
• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language, German is an advantage;
